     On the first day of the final year of the elementary school, students were　a little bit nervous about meeting their new teacher.　They had been hoping for a young teacher who was athletic and handsome; however, the new teacher was so incredibly old.
     The tacher was really a freak. The students were surprised by the first words, which were not Good morning, not My name is...not even Sit down please, but simply "I have a present for you." He gave each of them a book of coupons, including:

One coupon for being late to school
One coupon for not listening in class
One coupon for not going when called to the blackboard
One coupon for making a lot of noise

.
.

     It's a really cute begining, isn't it? I didn't exactly copy from the book, but summarize it. The book is even intresting than that, of course. This book is not only about the special teaching methods, but about a so-called "coupon philosiphy." I'm sure that you can learn something from it.
     However, I cannot classify it as a children's book or not, because even I get quite a few new words in it. But it is short enough, only 62 pages, and there are many lovely illustrations. If you are lucky, you'll have coupons inside, too! Go and take a look at the book!

　　五年級上課的第一天，學生們因為要面對新老師所以有點緊張。他們希望有一位又高又帥，常常帶他們去上體育課的新老師，但他們的願望破滅了，這位「新」老師竟然出乎意外的「老」。
　　這位老師真是個怪人，他對學生的開場白不是「早安」，也不是「我的名字是．．．」，更不是「大家請坐下」，卻只有簡單一句「我有禮物要給你們」。老師發給每人一本優待券，包括了
　　上學遲到的優待券
　　不用聽課的優待券
　　不用到黑板回答問題的優待券
　　製造噪音的優待券
　　．
　　．
　　．

　　好可愛的開頭吧！這是我摘錄的內容，還要自己翻譯．．．當然，書的內容比我簡短過的要有趣多了。這本書不但講到老師特殊的教學方法，更重要的是他的「優待券哲學」，相信看完這本書，你一定可以學到不少。
　　但我卻沒辦法說這是不是一本童書，因為我看了也有不少單字。不過這本書超薄，只有６２頁，還有很多可愛小插圖，如果你幸運的話，或許會買到有附優待券的版本唷！既然我都介紹了，大家去看看唄！
